How does it work?
1. Browse the Catalog and click the title of an item
you want more information about. Read the Comments page, look at the First Page/Info pages,
download Sample Copies, listen to MIDI or recordings of each piece on Microsoft's Media
Player.
2. Click Add This Item to Your Worksheet to add an item to
your Shopping Cart. (You may add and remove items in your Worksheet as much as
you want.)
3. Before you can order the items in your Worksheet, you must register as
a DemiQ customer. If you have not registered, click the Register or Log In link
at the top of the page.
4. After you have registered, there will be a Purchase These
Items button on your Worksheet page. To order the items in your
Worksheet, click the Purchase button.
5. Enter payment information on the Payment page (which is an SSL secure
page), then either click Submit to complete your order, or print the page
and mail it with your credit card information or with a check in U.S. funds.
6. When you receive e-mail notifying you of the Internet address of your
invoice, connect to the Internet, open your invoice, then click the button next
to each title to open the Adobe® Acrobat® file, and print the master
copy on your printer. A personal and non-transferable license is printed
on each page. (We can send masters by mail at an extra cost, if you wish.)
7. Use your master copy to make the copies you need to begin rehearsal.

What is 'My Worksheet'?
It is a way for you to keep a list of items you think are interesting and serves
as a worksheet for you to determine your costs should you purchase these items.
There is no obligation or cost in using the Worksheet.

Why do I need a license?
To legally make copies of copyrighted music, you need a license from the
copyright owner. When you purchase music from DemiQ, we give you
a master copy of the music that displays a license on every page giving
notice that the copyright owner(DemiQ) has indeed licensed you to make the
copies you need. For more information about registering, see the
Registration Help page.

How do I pay for the music?
You can pay through PayPal (it's safe and
secure), by credit card using our secure payment page for a safe and
secure transaction, or send a
check in US funds.
In addition, churches, synagogues, and schools often need us to send a bill for
the purchase amount. There is extra accounting required for billed
accounts, and since we don‘t like doing accounting, there is an extra
charge for billing. But then you aren‘t paying for shipping, are you?
Of course, if you qualify for billing and pay directly from the invoice without
us having to send a bill, there's no charge for billing.

How do I receive my music?
You will get an e-mail message giving
you a link to your invoice page, which will have links to each piece of music
you have ordered. But before you receive your music, you must have Adobe® Acrobat®
installed on your machine. It is free, and you can get it by clicking the
button to the right of this paragraph.
When you click a link to a piece of music listed on your invoice, your
master file will open. If the file opens in your browser, to print your music,
you must click the print button in the Acrobat window, NOT the print button
in your browser. Want to see a sample invoice?

What happens when I register?
We check the information for
accuracy and completeness, and check the billing
permissions, if any. Then we'll send you
e-mail with any questions or with confirmation.
You might want to look at our Privacy
Policy.

Do I have to register every time I purchase some music?
No, once you have registered, the basic information is kept on file. You will
need to specify payment options every time you make a purchase, as we do not
keep your credit card information anywhere except with the
transaction records the bank wants us to keep.

Are you going to sell my name and address after
I register?
No! The information you provide at registration is held strictly confidential.
We will never sell your name or share it with anyone else. You may
occasionally receive e-mail from us about new releases, but
we won't flood your mailbox with SPAM (junk mail). See our our
Privacy Policy.

Do I need to worry about your cookies?
Cookies are used by the Shopping Cart Worksheet and Purchasing
functionality of DemiQ so that you can keep a list of items from visit
to visit, and can purchase your items after you have registered.
There is no need to worry. If you have turned off your browser's
ability to accept Cookies, you will only be able to have one item
in your Shopping Cart, and will have to order items by snail mail,
fax or phone. See our our Privacy
Policy.
